Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of aduwebdesign.com. By using the site, you agree to them. ADU Web Design ("we," "us") is a web design studio operated by Grayson in San Diego, CA.
The site is information, not an offer
Everything here — pricing, timelines, the seven-day process, the example work — describes how we normally operate. It is not a binding offer, and it does not create a client relationship. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, permitting, or construction advice.
Actual projects run on a separate agreement
If you hire us, the work is governed by the written proposal or agreement we both sign, which sets the scope, price, schedule, and deliverables. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins. Published prices can change; the price in your signed proposal is the one that holds.
Ownership
- The content of this site — copy, layout, drawings, code, and the ADU Web Design name and logo — belongs to us. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.
- Material you send us for your project stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to give it to us.
- Once your project is paid in full, the finished website is yours. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Fonts, plugins, stock images, and hosting used in your site remain subject to their own licenses.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at scale, probe or interfere with it, or misrepresent yourself. We may block access for any of the above.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on outside services — a scheduling tool, analytics, hosting. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability relating to this site is limited to $100. Liability arising from a paid project is governed by the signed agreement for that project.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of this site or from material you provide to us that infringes someone else's rights.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
